The center, anchored by 24-Hour Fitness, contains a strong group of national and local tenants, and contains approximately 10,000 square feet of office space.

Our Solution

Michael Salzman, Vice President of Loan Production at Essex, arranged the fixed-rate, non-recourse financing. The 20-year fixed-rate loan has a 25-year amortization schedule and was placed with one of Essex Financial Group's correspondent life insurance company lenders.
