The buildings, located in the heart of Downtown Boulder on the Pearl Street pedestrian mall, contain 29,404 square feet of rentable retail and office space and were 97% leased at the time of closing. Notable tenants include The CapitalOne Café, Post Brewing Company, and Bohemian Biergarten.
