Essex Financial Group arranged a $7.85 million loan for 1245 Pearl Street and 2017 13th Street in Boulder, CO. The buildings, located in the heart of Downtown Boulder on the Pearl Street pedestrian mall, contain 29,404 square feet of rentable retail and office space and were 97% leased at the time of closing. Notable tenants include The CapitalOne Café, Post Brewing Company, and Bohemian Biergarten.

Michael Salzman arranged the fixed-rate loan, which was placed with one of Essex Financial Group’s correspondent life company lenders.
