One DTC West is a proposed 4-story, Class A office building with 71,725 square feet. The Class A office building will provide office tenants with a landmark location adjacent to light rail and within close proximity to some of Denver's most exclusive residential neighborhoods. One DTC West will have efficient 23,000 square foot floor plates suited for single- or multi-tenant users, 9'6" ceilings with full floor height glass, high-end finishes, outstanding mountain views to the west, and three (3) levels of attached structured parking. Completion is estimated for Q4 2017.
