Essex Financial Group arranged a $32 million loan for a 160,183 square foot retail property called Marshalls Plaza in Boulder, CO. The center, which is anchored by Marshalls, REI, and Bed Bath & Beyond, is well-located on a major retail thoroughfare and was 98% leased at the time of closing. The property’s strong lineup of national, regional, and local tenants includes Office Depot, Beauty Brands, and Mattress Firm.
