Essex Financial Group arranged a $4.2 million non-recourse loan for a 26,602 square foot retail property located at 425 S. College in Fort Collins, CO. The building, formerly occupied by Sports Authority, was newly leased to Lucky’s Market, however, the grocery tenant had not yet taken occupancy (and had just begun completing tenant-improvements) when the permanent loan was funded. Michael Salzman arranged the fixed-rate loan, which was placed with one of Essex Financial Group’s correspondent life company lenders.
