College Marketplace is a 64,226 square foot grocery anchored retail property located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The center, anchored by Whole Foods Market, also contains approximately 25,000 square feet of in-line shop space, leased to a strong lineup of both local and national tenants.

Our Solution

Michael Salzman arranged a $14,500,000 fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for the acquisition. The 10-year fixed-rate loan was placed with one of Essex Financial Group's correspondent life insurance company lenders and provided the borrower with a two-year interest-only payment period, followed by a 30-year amortization thereafter.
