Paul Donahue is an Assistant Vice President of Loan Production at Essex Financial Group. He previously served as an Associate on the commercial investment sales team in the Denver office for Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to that, Paul was a real estate analyst on the commercial investment sales team for Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) in Denver. He has been involved in more than $3.0 billion of office, retail and industrial transactions throughout the state. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a certificate in Real Estate from Arizona State University and is a licensed broke in the state of Colorado.
