Matt Perigard is a Real Estate Analyst at Essex Financial Group. Prior to joining Essex, Matt specialized in developing workout strategies for distressed Commercial Real Estate loans at Wells Fargo. Matt has been involved in more than $3.0 billion of complex loan exposure for office, retail, hospitality, multi-family and industrial assets across the U.S. and U.K. Matt graduated from Elon University where he holds a BSBA in Finance.
