Jeff Riggs is the Founder and Chairman of Essex Financial Group, the largest independently-owned commercial mortgage banking firm in Colorado. Jeff has been active in Denver commercial real estate since 1978 and has years of experience in debt and equity origination. Jeff is also an owner and founding principal of Baron Properties, a multi-family investment and management company. Baron owns and manages multi-family properties in Denver, Colorado Springs, Phoenix, and Houston. Previously, Jeff was also a founding partner of Metropolitan Homes from 1992 to 1999 where he constructed and sold over 500 homes in the Denver area.
