Alex Riggs is a producer at Essex Financial Group. She has extensive capital markets and underwriting experience; she previously served as the Originator for the Central & Northeast Regions of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, and originated in excess of $1.59 billion across all of Prudential’s capital sources. Asset types include Stabilized and Pre-Stabilized Multifamily, Grocery-Anchored Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, and Class A Office. Alex received her undergraduate degree in business administration and real estate finance from the University of Southern California. She is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.
